Three ways we charge

Per visit

Mowing, tending and scheduled care. A set price for each visit, invoiced monthly. Cancel any time with a week's notice.

Per project

Beds, planters, raised beds and builds. One fixed price that includes plants and materials, itemised so nothing is hidden.

Per month

Commercial and managed properties. Everything on a schedule for one predictable monthly amount.

Lawn care

Weekly mowing and edging
from $55 per visit
Most city lots. Larger properties quoted after a look.
Feeding and weed control
from $75 per application
Four to five applications through the season.
Fall aeration and overseeding
from $180
Once a year, September or October.

Flower gardens

Seasonal planter refresh

Plants, soil top-up and design included. Pots can be yours or ours.
New bed design and planting

A typical front-of-house bed. Plants included, hardscape extra.
Bed refresh and mulch

Dividing, replanting, edging, mulching. Usually a half or full day.

Vegetable gardens

Prices are starting points for typical properties in and around Coeur d'Alene. Larger lots, steep ground and long drives are quoted individually. Nothing is charged until you have approved a written quote.

Questions people ask

Do you charge for the first visit?

No. The first visit is a look at the space and a conversation. You get a written quote afterward and decide from there.

Are the prices on this page fixed?

They are honest starting points for typical Coeur d'Alene properties. Your quote is fixed once we have seen the space, and it does not change unless you change the job.

Is there a minimum?

For one-off garden work, yes: a two-hour minimum. Lawn visits and scheduled care have no minimum beyond the per-visit price.

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer or cheque, invoiced after the work or monthly for scheduled care. Managed properties are billed monthly.

What if the weather stops a visit?

It moves to the next dry day. You are not charged for visits that do not happen.

Do you supply plants and materials?

Yes. Plants, soil, mulch and lumber are sourced locally and itemised on the quote, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
